A Secretaria Estadual de Segurança do Rio de Janeiro adotou medidas para o recolhimento e internação compulsória de dependentes de crack, coisa que já defendo há algum tempo. Os dependentes de químicos, principalmente do crack, quando chegam a um determinado ponto, onde infrigem todas as regras sociais, para poder conseguir sua droga, demonstram claramente não terem condições de decidir por sua recuperação, pois para eles, que romperam laços familiares, moram nas ruas por opção ou por terem sido expulsos de casa, já praticam crimes para manter o vício, é praticamente impossível que saiam dessa vida com as próprias pernas. É necessária a intervenção em suas vidas para poder os reintegrar à sociedade, para impedir que se tornem ou continuem sendo predadores da própria sociedade. Quando será que a Secretaria Estadual de Segurança do Espírito Santo vai fazer o mesmo? E os municípios, o que estão esperando? Não se esqueçam que o próximo ano é de eleições. Alô deputados e demais autoridades por onde andam vocês que não enxergam, através dos vidros de seus carros blimdados, os viciados que perambulam pelas cidades?
